Came by and did a local pick up a roof rack last week. The product and materials are of good quality/ finish and the customer service is top notch! The install is not difficult (could be done at home) but if you have the option of having it installed, go for it. Dymtro knows his product and had it installed in a half hour. Great experience, and fantastic quality product. I was recommended Van44 through an overlanding specialist garage in Vancouver, and couldn't be happier with the gear. The full rack for my '98 4runner looks great, has incredible build quality, and installs seamlessly directly into the existing mounting holes. Such good value for the price, especially considering installation is included. I ended up adding the exterior molle panels as well as the centre console bracket during my appointment as I was so impressed with the rack once I arrived to get it installed. To top it all off, Dymtro is a really nice guy who truly does it for the love of overlanding, so it was a pleasure to spend an hour in his company. I really appreciated his help with reattaching the RTT – even with that he went above and beyond with helping to get the details of the fit perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality product at a great price, and supporting a local legend just to sweeten the deal.
