Shipping & Returns
We offer standard shipping within Canada and the US, with tracking for all orders. For shipping elsewhere in the world please contact us for a quote. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to ensure a resolution for our valued customers.
Please note that orders shipped to the U.S. may be subject to additional import duties and tariffs under current U.S. trade regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-10 business days, depending on packaging and handling requirements, and will arrive within 7-15 business days from shipment date. Shipping rates are calculated based on your address as entered in the shopping cart. Additional fees may be incurred for PO Boxes or remote locations. Backordered items ship when they become available. Prices listed in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order please email sales@van44.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your name and order number. Please note we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped out.
Return Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@van44.com.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item(s).
