Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Van44 Overland Gear. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email sales@van44.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final sale.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact sales@van44.com for instructions.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing sales@van44.com with your name and order number.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.


Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us right away.
We’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
