Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping in Canada and the USA, with tracking included on all orders.

Every shipment is professionally packed and sent with trusted carriers to ensure safe, predictable delivery. In the unlikely event your order is delayed or lost in transit, we work directly with the carrier to resolve it quickly.

Duties & Import Fees

For shipments to the USA, duties, tariffs, and import fees are prepaid.

You won’t receive brokerage invoices, carrier bills, or surprise charges at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

For international orders outside the U.S. and Canada, local duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 2–10 business days, depending on packaging and handling requirements.

Delivery timelines vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.

Backordered items ship as soon as they become available.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Richmond, BC location.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order please email sales@van44.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your name and order number. Please note we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped out.

Return Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund and/or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@van44.com.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item(s).

Due to the size, weight, and cross-border logistics of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges from U.S. customers. Please review all product details and fitment information carefully before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or repair where applicable. Shipping and import costs are non-refundable.
