At Van44, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our overlanding gear. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is our promise to you: we’ve built this gear to last, and we’re here to back it up.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
• Normal use in overlanding and off-road adventures—we know you’re taking this gear to tough places.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (we expect scratches and dings—it’s overlanding, after all).
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation/use instructions.
• Issues resulting from neglect, accidents, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.

How It Works:

If you encounter a problem that you believe is covered under this warranty, here’s what to do:

1. Contact us at sales@van44.com with details about the issue, photos if applicable, and proof of purchase.
2. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we’ll work with you to either:

• Repair the item,
• Replace it, or
• Provide a comparable solution.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to us for warranty evaluation or repair.

Lifetime, Defined:

This warranty applies for as long as you own the product. It’s non-transferable and valid only for the original owner with proof of purchase.

• Professional Installation Recommended: Improper installation or the use of incorrect tools voids this warranty.
• Regular Maintenance: To keep your gear in top condition, routine maintenance like tightening fasteners and cleaning is required. Failure to maintain the product may void the warranty.
• Limits of Liability: Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to other property, lost time, or lost revenue.
