Heavy-Duty Bed Rack for Full-Size Trucks
Built around a true structural foundation, this bed rack takes a different approach to strength and modularity. A full-length base rail made from 3/16" stainless steel runs along the bed, creating an extremely rigid platform that everything else ties into. More than just a mounting system, it’s the backbone of the rack, designed to handle real load without flex.
The integrated rail system distributes weight evenly across the bed, reducing stress points and helping prevent bed fatigue or skewing over time. For most setups, that added rigidity eliminates the need for a separate bed stiffener even under heavier dynamic loads like rooftop tents.
From there, the system opens up. Built on 30/60 aluminum extrusion, the rack offers near-endless adjustability for mounting gear exactly where you want it. Height is fully configurable, giving you the flexibility to run low-profile setups or full-height builds depending on your needs.
Constructed with 6061 aluminum brackets and accessories, the rack balances strength with weight savings while maintaining long-term durability. The base rail is also designed to work with a wide range of mounting solutions, making it compatible with virtually any full-size truck platform.

What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
- Normal use in overlanding and off-road adventures—we know you’re taking this gear to tough places.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (we expect scratches and dings—it’s overlanding, after all).
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow installation/use instructions.
- Issues resulting from neglect, accidents, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
How It Works:
If you encounter a problem that you believe is covered under this warranty, here’s what to do:
- Contact us at sales@van44.com with details about the issue, photos if applicable, and proof of purchase.
- If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we’ll work with you to either:
- Repair the item,
- Replace it, or
- Provide a comparable solution.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to us for warranty evaluation or repair.
Lifetime, Defined:
This warranty applies for as long as you own the product. It’s non-transferable and valid only for the original owner with proof of purchase.

- Limits of Liability: Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to other property, lost time, or lost revenue.
